Brief Summary

In the last quarter of 2015, PPPPC engaged the technical services of PGEI to conduct CSMT surveys in the company’s three geothermal prospects. This was to further implement PPPPC’s committed work program for the 3 areas as part of the company’s GSC with the DOE.

The controlled-source magnetotelluric survey in Mt. Cagua-Baua Geothermal Prospect was completed in late 2015 with encouraging results. Thus, Geological and Geochemical Studies and MT survey in most significant locations in Mt. Cagua and Mt. Baua respectively, was conducted from October – December, 2017.

The controlled-source magnetotelluric survey in Cervantes Geothermal Prospect was completed in the second quarter of 2016 with interesting and intriguing results. CSMT survey for the Abra Geothermal Prospect was completed in 2017.
